Can you believe it’s been six months since I re-branded this blog from “Redland City Living” to “Middle Aged Mama”?!
Although I was excited about the change, one thing I was sad about was saying goodbye to my previous logo.
I’ve been logo-less ever since … until now.
Introducing the new new Middle Aged Mama logo design!
What is Middle Aged Mama about?!
It says so many things to me on so many different levels:
- The heart shape is about embracing life – and blogging with heart.
- The outstretched arms reveal my passion for reaching out and encircling others with love and friendship.
- The windswept look of the logo lady’s hair makes me think of freedom, spirit, actively enjoying life and pursuing goals.
- The colours are feminine, classy and passionate!
They do say a picture is worth a thousand words … I think the new logo does a terrific job of communicating exactly what Middle Aged Mama is all about.
What does it say to you?!

Very nice! Did you design it? I can’t recall your previous logo and the link didn’t take me there.
Janet Camilleri says
I won a free logo design in a comp earlier this year – oh, and if you still want to check out my previous design, I fixed the link – thank you for letting me know!

Love it, Janet! Oh it takes so much courage to re-brand and change everything doesn’t it (I just did as well!)? Yet it feels great when you feel like everything is a better reflection of yourself xx
